Agape Volunteers, a UK non-profit, runs voluntary projects across Africa, including Ghana. Choose from teaching, orphanage, medical or music projects.
Agape Volunteers is a UK registered non-profit that sends volunteers from the UK, Germany and all over the world to work with our humanitarian projects in Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania and South Africa. We specialise in providing affordable volunteering opportunities that make a real difference to local communities. We are founded and run exclusively by ex-volunteers, so we know how to provide safe, affordable projects that have a lasting social impact.
In Ghana we offer teaching, orphanage, medical and music placements. The Agape Volunteers Music School has been a flagship project since 2013, offering tuition to children who would otherwise never have access to music. We also offer teaching and orphanage placements at the Jiko Foundation, set up by our country co-ordinator Samuel.
Volunteering with Agape gives you the opportunity to focus on your desired volunteer programme, whilst also getting involved with our core humanitarian projects. All our volunteers benefit from years of professional experience, a dedicated trip adviser and fully comprehensive travel insurance.

Social Impact
Agape Volunteers offers meaningful projects to the people who need it most, and all of our volunteers will effect real change in their lives. Our Music School has been running for two years, providing tuition to those who would not be able to afford it. Our teaching and orphanage work reaches out to the poorest children in Takoradi.
Looking wider, Agape also funds projects across Africa, including building a school and clean water facilities at the IDP camp in Nairobi, Kenya.
