Dates & Fees

Details on arrival

The volunteers have to join our program from May, June, July, August, September, October and November. They can arrive at any day and the organization members, one or two will pick-up the volunteers at the Airport.

In these days of these months, it will be a summer season in our region, so the volunteers will have a lot of time to do their volunteering program instead of the Winter Months in which some days or weeks will be with may be a lot of rain so that it will stop the volunteers to travel to the villages together with the organization team members for the training. Also the trainees will have no tome to come together for training in case of the raining.

So , the OVCT organization has prefers the summer season for the volunteers to come and have a lot of time to enjoy their volunteering program.

In this season, summer season is also a suitable season for the tourism, many tours like to use summer seasons in Tanzania to visit our country National Parks such as Ngorongoro National Park, Serengeti National Park, Tarangire National Park  and even visit Kilimanjaro Mountain which is the highest mountain in Africa.

During the summer season, even the villagers have a time to do other activities out of digging their little farms which they dig almost during the whole winter season.

These are some of the reasons why OVCT organization has found that are reasonable   for the volunteers to come and visit us in the months of summer season.
