About the program

What better way to get to know a country than volunteering in Vietnam? You will be able to help and at the same time get to know all the beauties that a volunteer destination like Vietnam has to offer.

Volunteering in Vietnam is the perfect combination you were looking for. Its delicious food, its famous beaches and impressive rivers, all this and more in this country on the east coast of Asia. You will have the perfect opportunity to meet and share with the people, communities, children and youth of the project and country.

In the local childcare center you will assist with the daily tasks required to care for local children from 3 to 6 years old. You will work in a well-organized and well-run kindergarten in one of the 4 available classrooms and assist the teaching staff.

Most classes have between 10 and 15 children.

In the morning you will pick up the children, play some games and maybe sing some songs in the schoolyard and then take them to their classroom. Once they have settled in, you can engage with the children in different learning activities that may include teaching English and helping them practice writing in their notebooks. You can even use other creative and fun ways to help them learn basic tasks through songs, dances or games.

At lunchtime, you'll help put out the lunch, after lunch the children go to bed for a nap.

Afternoon fun and learning activities will begin at 2:00 pm once the children have woken up and continue until the end of the day at 5:00 pm when they are returned to their parents.

Weather permitting, some of these activities can be held outdoors so that the children have space to run and play.

Throughout the morning each volunteer contributes to the assigned task. There is a stop for lunch and, depending on the needs, the tasks are continued or free time is available.

The volunteer can visit nearby areas in his or her free time. In the evenings, the group has dinner and prepares for the next day.

About the project

Support in the cooperation and creation of social and environmental projects in communities at risk of social exclusion, through international volunteering.

Meet your organization

ADVENTURE VOLUNTEER is a non-profit organization, established in 2017. We collaborate in the social and environmental field through projects of conservation and protection of the environment and animals, as well as in the social part through projects of empowerment of women, community development, functional diversity, medical or teaching.

Our team of collaborators has a deep experience in international volunteer programs.  We know all the realities of the areas where we are working, collaborating and where we have a presence.

Our projects offer volunteers the opportunity to meet, share and participate in social and environmental projects. These projects demand educational and recreational activities that benefit communities of different cultures and customs, communities with economic difficulties and different degrees of social exclusion.
