Youth led initiatives have gained importance in the Kenyan society by enhancing the involvement of the youth in the development process at the same time utilizing the skills and energies of young people towards making the society a better place. The focus of youth led initiatives range in a wider range from rehabilitation to education, from environmental sustainability to economic development, from enterprise development to skills development. Hence the involvement of volunteers offers an opportunity to develop the potential of the youth he the realization of sustainable development.

Every young person, therefore, deserves the opportunity to realize his or her full potential. Our programs are catalysts for change that help youth learn, work and lead. This program aims at enhancing skills development, critical awareness and creating opportunities for youths. We aim to mentor youth in becoming active and responsible members of our society through skills development and an innovative approach to addressing the socio-economic challenges. Further, we design capacity building and empowerment programs to support youth to demand better and sustainable services, and accountability from policymakers through advocacy, empowerment and awareness.

The aim is to not only recognize the sheer abundance of potential within the youth but to actively provide them with basic human rights such as safe environments to learn in and the opportunities to grow educationally, physiologically and social, regardless of social or economic circumstances. We create an environment where youths are treated with respect and have the opportunity to build skills and knowledge to empower them and pave the path to a successful life. We are proud of our contribution in fostering a generation of motivated leaders, full of passion for education, culture and respect to others. The youth are given the tools they need to actively sculpt their futures, allowing them to live up to their potential without limitation of their backgrounds or economic conditions.

Why do it

Youths are at the core of the development of our society; hence their empowerment is the key to peace, freedom, development, and human rights. Thus, we aim at building a society where, no matter the circumstances young people can grow up to achieve anything they set their mind to; and promote a youth work, in which youth play a key role in shaping the policies affecting them.

To achieve what
