Typical day

Thursday Arrival & pick-up from Chiang Mai International Airport, check in to accommodation for a night in Chiang Mai City.

Friday - Monday After breakfast, volunteers travel by 4X4 (4WD) vehicles to the Northern parts of Thailand. Some of the tribes and schools cannot be reached by cars and can only be accessed on foot or by boats. Different teams will be visiting different assigned locations and as the travel time is greatly dependent on the travel conditions, it is very difficult to estimate the travel time or the estimate arrival time. As such there is no fixed itinerary for these 4 days. Volunteers must come with open mind, also be prepared for last minute changes made to locations due to bad weather or road conditions. Volunteers will be back to Chiang Mai City at around 5 pm Monday evening, relax and enjoy the night in this beautiful city.

Tuesday Volunteers will join a city tour in Chiang Mai with the team. The tour include visits to local market, ancient temple and learn about this beautiful historical city. Followed by a farewell dinner.

Wednesday Departure.
