The Massif Projects encourage people to help the local community with volunteering and travel responsively, eco-friendly and design each trip that gives back to the local community. We encourage a long-lasting connection between volunteers, local communities and the environment while supporting the mission of developing the local community via voluntourism. We aim to help those people who are expecting the helping hands from all over the world. The aim of our  project is to help those people in different ways. Our main concern are health issue, quality education, construction and re-build project, skill development, youth empowerment and social awareness program. The Massif Projects to Nepal make a significant contribution to the local community while strengthening social connections, building strong, safe and cohesive community, delivering some part of public services, encouraging more people work in public section, helping raise the educational performance of youth, leading environmental movement and adapting to climate change risk.  Volunteering also have positive effects on volunteers as individuals, increase their self-esteem, enhance various skills and capacities, expand career paths and be healthier physically and mentally.

Volunteering has a considerable impact on the education system itself. Schools and other educational institutions are one of the most popular areas to volunteer within and volunteers perform a number of vital functions within the education system, contributing to a range of outcomes.
