Abandoned Animals Rescue Worker

Care for street dogs and cats , clean cages, drug administration, support sterilization procedures, rescue operations

The project

This work program allows you to rescue and work with abandoned cats and dogs and help to rehome them. The organization is based in Chiles capital Santiago, which has lots of stray cats and dogs. These animals often eat rotten food and garbage which mean they are in need of medical care. Some suffer from serious injuries caused by fighting or by humans which untreated results in the animals dying an unnescessary death.

Luckily there are many people in Santiago who work to rescue and protect these animals. Locals work with volunteers from around the world to help improve the situation of animals that are currently living on the streets, the main objective of this program is to take care of the dogs and cats until they are healthy enough to find a new home via adoption.

Your work
