On our business projects you will work alongside experienced professionals as well as less qualified individuals who will benefit from your guidance.
The program is set to develop the local communities establishing plans of better marketing and finance management. The program works with the less privileged families in Sakubva and Chikanga.
Volunteers may get involved in some of the following areas at their placement:

Programs start every 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, with arrival Sunday prior to the program start at HIA (Harare International Airport).This programs are available all year round.
Upon arrival you will be picked up at the airport and driven to the volunteer house or coordinator’s place.During 1-3 days, depending on the length of your voluntary work, you will get a general briefing. These first days will offer you glimpses into the Shona language, as well as Zimbabwe's various cultures, religions, and local ways of life.
This introduction will be held in Mutare, Harare depending on your work area.
Volunteers are recommended to visit safaris and game reserves on their free time and weekends.The best places to visit are Bvumba Nature Resorts and lnyati Eco Game Reserve in Headlands along Harare- Mutare road.You can visit local sports facilities at Africa University and participate in various sports activities.
Airport pick-up by coordinator, debriefing and orientation meeting, initial project visit, a suitable volunteer project, ongoing 24 hour/7 day support from local staff.
In Zimbabwe, volunteers will stay in either comfortable volunteer houses or home stays depending on the time of the year, location of volunteering and duration of the volunteer’s stay.
3 meals per day, 7 days per week at the volunteer house or host family.
Coaching is a great way to benefit the youth, while having fun and developing leadership skills yourself.
Help in a community project, working alongside locals and helping counseling and homework for the orphans living in Sakubva Mutare.
For volunteers hoping to learn about shona culture, participating in a Zimbabwean immersion program is the way to go. Your classes will be taught completely in English.
