ETIV Coordinator Positions
We are seeking a Fund Development Coordinator to take the lead in helping to diversify our funding sources through a variety of methods. This includes grant writing, planning and organizing local and online fundraising events, researching and applying for grants, and helping us to find private and business donors; perhaps by implementing a membership scheme or donation drive. Knowledge and experience with fundraising, grant writing and event organizing is highly desirable but not required. You will receive support and supervision from the director and from the assistant director in this position, and will work in the ETIV office as part of our team. At least a basic to intermediate level of Portuguese is preferred, although we are willing to make exceptions for those willing to begin Portuguese classes right away.
ETIV Coordinator Positions
Our Coordinator positions are our most advanced volunteer positions, which require the greatest amount of responsibility from volunteers as well as strong leadership skills. These positions are only suitable for more experienced volunteers who are looking to coordinate and manage one of our projects. In this position, volunteers will receive supervision from the director, but will be expected to be creative self-starters, who can take initiative and solve problems without anyone micro-managing the work. In addition, our coordinators will be expected to help recruit, manage and support other volunteers and community leaders that are working for that project.
