About the Program
A child is a person under the age of 18 years. Under this age, a child is supposed to be protected from all forms of abuse like child labor, child sex abuse, child sacrifice among others. A child should get a good education and should not suffer from hunger or mental distress.
A school counselor at Eloi Ministries provides emotional, mental, and professional support to students in our schools and guides them through steps to promote their positive behavior.
Eloi Ministries services concerning school counseling are on the one hand geared towards enlightening the youths on career guidance, adolescence, sex education, job creation, talent identification and nurturing leadership roles. On the other hand school counseling activities concentrate on community policing, violence, health and drug abuse which rank among threats to the development most youth these days.
