Teach & Organise Activities

We work with children and their families living in an established slum area on the outskirts of Jaipur, in the beautiful state of Rajasthan.

Shrestha volunteers help the children in a variety of ways.

TEACHING - Volunteers can teach a range of subjects, for example, English, computing and maths, or vocational subjects like handicrafts and art.

GAMES AND SPORTS - Activities like games and sports are a central part of developing their social skills and helping them stay fit and healthy. Volunteers can help organise these activities and take part along with the children.

DANCING AND MUSIC - You could pass on your skills to the Shrestha children, and perhaps learn a few new moves from them!

FUNDRAISING - If you'd be interested in raising money to support Shrestha's work, you'd be welcome to come and see how Shrestha works first hand. You can then help us with fundraising among your own friends, family and business connections at home.
