Teacher in Rural Villages

Volunteers work as a tutor and teach local villages children who can't afford good education due to their economic situation.

 In this program our volunteers teach to local areas families children, who cant able to provide good education to their children. Teaching English lessons,improve grammar and computer skills,giving health education are the main purpose of this teaching program. Volunteers can participate in different culture activities to enjoy and understand the rural India also. About 8 to 9 Million poor children in India grow up without any basic education and facility to join schools, because they are too poor, orphans, child of single parent, sick family etc,With the help of our volunteers we are trying to decrease this number of uneducated children.

In order to join the program you need to be at least 18 years old on the program start date. There might be exemptions if you can provide the permission of your legal guardian(s).

Free-time activities

Triund trek ( himaliyan trek )
Trek to Triund in Dharamshala is one of the most popular activity among tourist and visitors in Mcleod Ganj. Triund Hill is reffred to as the jewel of dharamshala This heavenly retreat for from the madding crowd of Mcleod Ganj is a short trek of 9 km.
Manali tour
Manali experiences a pleasent climate throughout the year its maximum summer day temperature goes up to 30 degrees C which falls substantially in night. Main attraction of Manali are Rohtang Pass ,Hidimbha Devi temple, Vishist Spring, Manali sanctuary , Winter carnival Tibetan Monastery.
Golden temple tour
The Golden Temple,located in the city of Amritsar in the state of Punjab, built in the 16 century by Guru Arjan dev Singh.As the name state the Golden Temple is made up of pure gold thus attracting thousands of tourists from all around the world.

It is a symbol of love and also counted in seven wonders of world that’s why thousands of international tourists came every year for visit this wonder of India.

Airport Pickup at Gaggal Airport

At the starting of the project we will collect volunteers from the Delhi airport and take them to the project site and at the end of the project we drop them at the following airport according their inclusions.Delhi To Dharamsala.


We have our large volunteer house in Dharamshala. Our accommodation is basic but clean. Room’s capacity is four people provided with bunk beds. All Rooms have attached or non attached bathrooms with toilet. All have running cold shower and hot shower in winter season

Food & Beverages

All meals(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) within the accommodation are freshly prepared by our house chef we provide meals that are native to the region of India in our volunteer house. It includes north Indian curries and traditional Himachali food. This more often will be vegetarian. Non veg is prepared only by the special demand and it will charge extra amount.

Average fees

You can volunteer at the project site in Dharamsala/India between 2 weeks and 12 weeks. Please note that the above shown program fees are estimated and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Pari Voluntourism Solutions will let you know about the final price during your application process.
Deposit (15%)
The deposit is simply to reserve your volunteer placement. Payments are handled by PayPal, our trusted global payment provider. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay using a credit card.
Final Payment (85%)
Your final payment will be agreed with Pari Voluntourism Solutions during the application process. Common solutions are either via bank transfer or a cash payment at the project site.
