Run fun and exhilarating tennis coaching sessions for the local tennis academy and for children from the local charities in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Join our teams to help deliver sports sessions to kids. We do this in a number of sports as part of our mass participation programme, bringing as many kids together to have fun but also learn new skills in a structured environment.
Whilst on your trip, your responsibilities will entail working at a Tennis academy located in Buenos Aires as well as hosting and running coaching, training and Tennis matches for children that are underprivileged from the local area and charities. You will have to create your own unique programme for yourself and your students and this will include you teaching them Tennis, the rules and techniques and hopefully help them to pick up and learn the basics of the English language along the way. Because the children are at school, your training programme will have to be run after schooling hours, Monday to Friday and weekends off, giving you the chance to go off and explore Buenos Aires.
You are certainly not limited to what you can do in your free time in Buenos Aires, as it is a big tourist destination, you can do most things however things such as swimming, water sports, diving, snorkeling, hiking etc. but with things such as climbing areas, and meditation centers you will have to travel out in order to do.
You will be met at the airport by a private taxi and a guide of Buenos Aires.
This accommodation is located in central Buenos Aires in a shared house/residence. Participants would be living with our other sports coaches on the programmes and students from a local language school. Participants would be sharing a room with another coaching volunteer (2-4 per room), and would have access to kitchen facilities for making your lunch and evening meals, TV, DVD and WiFi. Breakfast is included and will be provided continental style and be provided on a daily basis by our in house team. This will include milk, cereals, bread, jams and spreads.
