Wildlife Guard

Volunteers will be working in a national park in Kenya with game rangers. They can help in feeding and guarding.

Whether it’s humans poaching wildlife or wildlife attacking people’s livestock, it’s a problem that cuts both ways: one of the biggest challenges is reducing conflict between people and wildlife. Our programs can, and must, serve both.

Wildlife volunteers experience a truly unique journey by getting up-close to some of the world’s most endearing creatures in exotic locations. As a wildlife volunteer you can get your hands dirty by helping with maintenance or roll your sleeves up to cater for the daily needs of animals such as feeding baby lions in Kenya.

Home to some of the most spectacular wildlife reserves on the planet (hello, National Park central!) and incredible scenery, volunteering in Kenya is an awe-inspiring experience. There's so much you can do to make a difference, and in your spare time you can discover this amazing country for yourself.
