Review Description

EPDA Cameroon was created in 2008 as a nonprofit after the food riot in Cameroon that left many youth frustrated about sudden food price increases. It was finally legalized on the 26 of October 2010. Youth have potentials to contribute positively to their professional growth as well as the development of their communities. The mission is to enable low-income communities to improve upon the quality of life and their livelihoods by engaging in the right set of activities that foster local development, solidarity and entrepreneurship. The vision is a world that is sustainable and peaceful without hunger or poverty.
Regarding our values, we focus on development projects that nurture peace and improve local livelihoods; advocate for high standards of waste management through separation, reduction, and recycling using education; promote and show respect for the environment and ecosystems which support human life; are an equal opportunity employer and are open to all individuals who share the aim and objectives of EPDA Cameroon; work with volunteers who act out of self-push, without seeking material or financial reward for the sake of positive change;
