Registration via social networks
You also have the possibility to log in over your Facebook, Twitter or Google+ account (hereinafter referred to "Social Media Account").
Logging on social networks:
If you decide to register with your respective social media account, as a first step, you will be directly forwarded to the respective social network website, where you have to login or register. If you are already logged-in, this query will be skipped.
Important: We are not able to collect your log in data.
Connecting to social networks:
In this step you will learn which profile data we can obtain.
To register, we finally need the same eMail address you stored with your respective social network account, so that we can contact you and create an access, regardless of your social network.
If you ever disconnect the connection between application and your profile, you will still be able to use your profile. In this case you can apply for a new password by using the function "forgot my password".
If you agree to the usage of your data stored in the respective network in order to use the platform, please establish the connection on the social network. Then you will be forwarded back to our registration.
Please not, that the step „Connection with online service on network” will be skipped, once you connected the social network with the respective application.
Now we adopted the provided data of the respective social network and created an account for you. In future you can always log in via the button "login".
After completing this form of registration, we save the information which social network you used to log in. This information is saved in form of a key. We will never save your access data regarding the respective social network.
Should you change your data, which have been transmitted to us via the account you registered, these modifications must be made on our part too. We don’t receive automatically updated data.
Should you decide to use the platform independently of a social network, you can disconnect the account with the social network. We then are no longer entitled to use data from your profile. Therefore you must request an own password via the function "forgot my password". If you like us to delete your data from the respective social network from your profile, you must delete your whole profile.
This website uses for the display of pictures ("Avatars") in the commentaries the external Avatar-Service Gravatar, which is operated by Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110-4929, USA (“Automattic”). The eMail address in the commentaries will be transferred to Gravatar, in order to eventually display a picture which is linked to this eMail address. The eMail address will be transmitted encrypted to the servers of Gravatar; the pictures will be delivered to our website and will be integrated on the commentaries of our website. By displaying the pictures, Gravatar is able to collect your IP address. Further information on the exaltation and usage of data through Gravatar, you find on the Data Privacy Protection Instruction on Gravatar. If you do not want a picture which is linked to your eMail address be linked in the commentaries, your should use an eMail address, which is not stored by Gravatar.
