Meet your organization

Who are we / Our History

Flowers is an Organizationi in Arusha ,Tanzania (North Tanzania) which is aiming to support Children,Youth and Women.

The Project was established in January 2016 by Denis Palla, who was working as a secondary teacher before but with a dream to support Chilldren and Youth more in the Future, and later to support also Women. With this Vision on mind and a lot of hard work, he succeeded in overcoming the difficulties and made the Organization into what it is today. He started first by supporting the Children Early Childhood Development in his own Daycare Center.

In the beginning, there were no toilets, no playground and no office. The food was prepared in a private kitchen and three children had to share one plate of food, because there weren’t enough dishes to serve all the children. Water had to be brought from a tap of the neighbors by buckets and there was no possibility of washing hands or drinking water.

With the help of volunteers and donations we were able to build more Rooms, three Toilets, a storage Room, different play Equipment and a school Kitchen. Lots of other Volunteers helped to get the buildings painted and help with other things
