There is not a "typical day" as the sea turtle project schedule depends on the time of year you can join us and what is needed at that time. Free-time activities
Volunteers will have 5 work shifts per week and will have free time to enjoy sunsets daily and maximize their weekend fun.

Participants stay at Guava Lodge located in Matapalo, Costa Rica. Guava Lodge is a five-room modern lodge with a studio apartment and a restaurant on-site. Guava Lodge is located 200 meters from the ocean and has a lovely tropical garden with lush flora and fascinating fauna - imagine monkeys, scarlet macaws, avocado trees and hibiscus flowers right outside your door! Each room has a private bathroom. Towels and bed linens are provided. Our staff will make sure that you will feel at home as soon as you arrive.
