About the program

Nepali culture is very rich and prolific, something that is easily noticed in its people, the lives of many of Nepal's youth are filled with a stark contrast: having scarce resources and at the same time being rich in values, love and affection.

This Youth Empowerment volunteer program originated with those children in mind; young people who are willing to learn and get ahead, but frustratingly enough have little chance to do so, young people who often have to deal with social problems such as poverty or violence and at the same time focus on their education.

We believe in creating more opportunities for these children, because it can make a significant difference and can help them succeed. That is why we are looking for anyone who would also like to be part of this project to help empower the next generation of Nepal, while empowering themselves: this opportunity will allow each volunteer to develop their skills, improve them and also grow a lot on a personal level.

In the morning, our volunteers will collaborate by focusing on community work with the youth, giving classes or talks in designated spaces such as libraries.

Volunteers will also collaborate in renovating, decorating or adapting these spaces for the use of these young people.

Unfortunately, our resources are limited, so any kind of support, whether in time, materials or creative ideas for new activities, is welcome.

Some of the activities that volunteers can do include giving talks on environmental awareness, empowering youth in the library and book club, helping to improve health and sanitation in the villages, teaching children in school, and teaching children and youth some skills such as computer education.

During their participation in the program, volunteers will have a volunteer coordinator who will instruct and guide them to help them integrate more quickly into the project.

Support in the cooperation and creation of social and environmental projects in communities at risk of social exclusion, through international volunteering.

Meet your organization

ADVENTURE VOLUNTEER is a non-profit organization, established in 2017. We collaborate in the social and environmental field through projects of conservation and protection of the environment and animals, as well as in the social part through projects of empowerment of women, community development, functional diversity, medical or teaching.

Our team of collaborators has a deep experience in international volunteer programs.  We know all the realities of the areas where we are working, collaborating and where we have a presence.

Our projects offer volunteers the opportunity to meet, share and participate in social and environmental projects. These projects demand educational and recreational activities that benefit communities of different cultures and customs, communities with economic difficulties and different degrees of social exclusion.
