    Sobre el programa

Step into the serene world of Korean Buddhism with this five-day temple stay program, offering a unique chance to live like a monk in one of Seoul’s historic temples. Each morning begins before sunrise with 108 prostrations and silent seated meditation, followed by a traditional monastic meal (baru gongyang). You’ll be guided on how to perform bows correctly and gain a deeper understanding of these sacred practices.

Depending on the day, you may also explore calming practices such as tai chi, sound meditation, or breathing techniques.
