    Om programmet

Step into the serene world of Korean Buddhism with this five-day temple stay program, offering a unique chance to live like a monk in one of Seoul’s historic temples. Each morning begins before sunrise with 108 prostrations and silent seated meditation, followed by a traditional monastic meal (baru gongyang). You’ll be guided on how to perform bows correctly and gain a deeper understanding of these sacred practices.

Afternoons are filled with cultural and spiritual experiences, including learning the etiquette of Korean tea ceremonies, taking meditative silent walks, and visiting some of Seoul’s most significant and beautiful temples. Depending on the day, you may also explore calming practices such as tai chi, sound meditation, or breathing techniques.
