VIVPS was founded in Vietnam 7 years ago and in the past placed volunteers in many locations throughout Vietnam. Our focus has changed in recent years since discovering the Ba Vi Disability Center and being confronted with a very third world program that needed assistance. Our goals are very simple, to provide a better standard of life for the residents of this center and to impact in a positive manner within the local community.
