Everest Region is very popular sacred trekking region where the mythical snowman like creature is supposed to live. The area is rich for Sherpa culture, the study of Buddhist religion from the world famous monasteries that lie in Everest Region. The landscape is unique and the views of panoramic mountains are breathtaking. Travel to the holy places of Nepal and grow wise, understand the law of impermanent through the medium of travel being a trekking Buddha.

The volunteer program is 2-week trekking + 2-week volunteering on an organic farm The role of the volunteer is as a  a organic agriculture helper. Volunteers will be working with local  farm owners.

Volunteers will be picked at Kathmandu airport and stay in volunteer house in Kathmandu for three nights during program orientation etc and will be placed in host family. The location of the program can be Kathmandu, Pokhara or Chitwan if you are a city person or village in Lamjung called Khudi (gate way to annapurna circuit trek) if you want rural experience.
This is helping as a assistance so no pre experience required. No need to bring any special equipment unless you feel to bring.

Volunteering: Get up in morning. Breakfast and go to project at 9PM. The activities will be for 4-6 hours per day. Then free time in evening. There will be lunch in afternoon and dinner around 7 PM in evening. 


Trekking: Get up in morning and after brekfast start the hike. Each day walking is 10-15 ...

Mindestalter: 18 Jahre

Um an diesem Programm teilzunehmen, musst du zu Programmbeginn mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Es kann Ausnahmen geben, wenn du die Erlaubnis deines/r Erziehungsberechtigten vorlegen kannst oder wenn du von deinen Eltern begleitet wirst

2: Kathmandu City tour which includes tour to world heritage sites of Kathmandu like swoyambhunath stupa, pashupatinath temple, boudhanath stupa and Patan durbar Square
3: Language and culture orientation classes.Important day to learn the knowledge about customs, etiquettes. This practical knowledge helps you to be a local like in Nepal.
4: Transfer to volunteering place, meet your host family and start a different life. Contribute for Nepal as well as learn what it meant to be Nepali in regards to Nepali family system, customs, way of life and many more
5: Start Volunteering. Be a local like everywhere.
6: back to Kathmandu after your volunteering program finishes. Prepare for trekking
7. Round flight ticket to Lukla
8. All food and accomodation in trekking
9. Guide/ porter for trek

Based on your provided flight information we will come to receive you at airport and after staying 3 nights in Kathmandu in our volunteer home you will be placed in project. We can do trek before or after the volunteering. We can decide about it once you arrive here.
