Arrival Information
Our volunteer programs begin every Monday, and we kindly ask volunteers to arrive in Bali on the Sunday before their program starts.
We provide a complimentary airport transfer every Sunday from Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) to our volunteer accommodation in Tianyar, where you will receive an introduction before beginning your activities on Monday.
If you arrive in Bali before Sunday or are already on the island, we can also arrange a pickup from your accommodation, provided it is located within our regular pickup area (including Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, and nearby areas). Please let us know your accommodation details in advance so we can arrange your transfer accordingly.
Visa Requirements
Please note that all international volunteers participating in volunteer programs in Indonesia are required to hold a valid C6 Volunteer Visa for the duration of their placement.
To make the process as smooth as possible, we can assist you in obtaining your C6 Volunteer Visa through our trusted visa partner in Bali.
We recommend starting the visa application at least 3 weeks before your arrival, but no earlier than 12 weeks before your intended travel date. Our team will guide you through each step of the application process and provide all the necessary information once your booking has been confirmed.
