Who we are: Colobus Conservation is driven by a passionate team committed to primate conservation. Learn about our history and meet our dedicated team members.

What we do: We focus on the conservation of primate species, working towards their survival and well-being in the wild.

Where we work: Our organization operates in Kenya, Diani. We ensure a safe environment for both our team and volunteers. Special health requirements are in place to guarantee everyone's well-being.

Our mission/vision: Our mission is to protect the endangered and vulnerable colobus monkeys and their habitat. We envision a future where primate species thrive in their natural habitats, contributing to the biodiversity of our planet.

Our goals: We strive to promote the welfare of primates and reduce the impact of human development on the environment in Diani and southeastern Kenya to make a significant impact on primate conservation efforts.

Who are we looking for: We welcome dedicated individuals who share our passion for primate conservation. Volunteers, researchers, and wildlife enthusiasts are encouraged to join us.

Why choose us: By choosing Colobus Conservation, you become part of a community dedicated to primate conservation. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of primates and their ecosystems.

When I arrived, however, I found myself working in a much wider variety of activities. In the field of animal welfare, I helped with animal rescues, rehabilitation of captive ...

My name is Benj Whitworth and along with my friend Mark Flinn we volunteered at Colobus Conservation for 6 months. Arriving at the Colobus Conservation was incredible, we walked down the dirt road through a tunnel of coral rag forest filled with thousands of butterflies, and reached a little house ...
