Work as a Football assistant in Spain and help create the local passion for the game create a better future for the young ones.

Spaniards are extremely passionate about football and their love for the game is evident everywhere with some of the best teams in the world.  We place
 volunteers in this program

Volunteer's role is to assist the local coaches in their daily practice schedule with the local players. Volunteers can also help the students and emigrant community in general to a better integration through sport, music, IT, and other fields where volunteers feel themselves part of a team and with a mission to be filled.

During your time as a volunteer, you can help in the development of the football skills of young players. Volunteers working in the Football  Volunteer project are also welcome to work in the Community Development  Program wherein you can combine two programs.

Usually training will be at the local soccer field or gym. Sometimes you will make training at the beach.

Be prepared to do a little bit of everything! One of our core values is that everything is important. Some days we will be marking the field for the big game, teaching English to our players, preparing trainings, performing personalized training, leading physical training sessions, working with the emigrant community in different fields where you can enjoy and do something for the others etc. The key to keep in mind is that EVERY thing we do is of great importance. You will work alongside and under the leadership of our coaching staff. One key to your success will be to develop proactive leadership skills. We will schedule out a lot of things with you, but we welcome new ideas!
