We are a non-profit organisation based in North Bali, creating meaningful volunteer experiences across education, inclusion, creative teaching, and environmental conservation.
Through Bali Dyslexia Foundation and our trusted local charity partners, volunteers can support classroom learning, assist with teacher-training programmes, contribute to art-based education, and take part in conservation projects such as coral reef restoration and dolphin conservation.
Bali has a population of over 4.2 million, with many schools and communities still lacking access to specialist support, creative learning resources, and environmental awareness programmes. At BDF, we believe education and conservation are equally important in building stronger, more inclusive, and more sustainable communities.
Education and Creative Learning
Volunteers may support classroom activities, art teaching, learning materials, confidence-building projects, and inclusive education programmes for children who need additional support.
Our aim is to help children feel encouraged, included, and able to access meaningful learning opportunities.
Conservation and Community Awareness
Through our partner charities, volunteers can contribute to marine and environmental conservation, including coral reef restoration and dolphin conservation.
These projects help raise awareness of ocean protection, responsible tourism, sustainability, and the importance of safeguarding Bali’s natural environment for future generations.
Together, our programmes offer volunteers the chance to make a real impact through education, conservation, creativity, and community development.
