Football in Ghana is said to be one of the sport activities every child wants to join. Therefore, we guide the children's or youth's school academic thorugh football. Most of the kids have a passion for football. For this reason, the football project serves as an activity beside the school which encourages the children and the youth to perform well in class and join our soccer team afterwards.

Volunteers will support the coaches and the children or youth in their daily training at the field, helping them in their assignments and support the guidance of them. Volunteers will act as coaches to support and help with daily tasks on the field. The volunteers also have the opportunity to inspire the children and youth by creating exciting activities for them to do in their training section, keep them motivated and help to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children and youth to flourish. The coach and the volunteers are working together in a team, so it is necessary to be a team player and open minded to different cultures.

    Typisk dag

Volunteers will work hand in hand with the coaches with their daily schedule beginning around 3pm to 6pm. The day will begin with the daily preparations of educational materials for the football training and getting the children or youth settled and ready to train. Volunteers will then assist the coaches to execute their field plan, by helping the coaches train the children or youth and working one on one with them to ensure they finish the tasks given on the field. At the end of the training section, when the children or youth are leaving, volunteers will help to clean up and prepare for another exciting day.
