Our main objective is to build La Escuelita, as well as improve the homes of families who need this support, so that they can finally have a safe place to call home.

We need your time, enthusiasm and help to build the house and spaces of La Escuelita, in which workshops will be held for women with limited economic resources and school review classes aimed at children with educational difficulties. We are in the initial stage of construction, we need to do tasks of:
- Masonry
- Painting
- ceiling
- Floor
Reconstruction of various areas:
- Construction of walls (Fence)
- Roof structures
- Maintenance and / or development of the site.
- Plastering of new structures.
- Painting which also includes murals and images
- Garden adaptation
- Construction of structures for planting
Requirements to participate
- be of legal age
- Flexibility, adaptability, proactivity and respect for culture

- Required to read and sign a volunteer form, declaration and agreement
- Pay the reservation 25% of the place for registration

Journée Typique
Depending on the time the volunteer is there, the activities are assigned. It starts collaborating from 8:00 am or in the afternoon, it will depend from the assignments to be made.

Considered the most beautiful islands in all of Latin America. Visitors choose them for their crystal clear waters and white sand. These islands are 3 hours from Panama City.
Bocas del Toro
It is very close to the Costa Rican border. On its beaches you can regularly go surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, enjoy the sun and the nightlife among many other activities.
Santa Catalina-Santiago Beach
It is a small coastal town, during the day you can go to the beach and go surfing. You can also book an excursion to Coiba Island.
Portobello and Mamey Island-Colón
This beautiful and historic place located in the Caribbean area can be visited in a weekend.

Pour participer à ce programme tu dois avoir au moins 18 ans quand le programme commence. Il peut y avoir des exceptions si tu peux montrer la permission de ton tuteur légal ou si tu es accompagné(e) par l'un de tes parents.

Services inclus
Volunteers are provided with the following:
- Accommodation in a volunteer house with other volunteers.
- 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) from Monday to Thursday. On weekends, Thursdays and Fridays you can use the kitchen.
- Orientation day in the village to adapt to the area (Mondays).
- Support from the team from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 in the afternoon.
- Weekly follow-up and evaluation meeting.
- Certificate of participation at the request of the volunteer.
The house where we live is simple, it is in the center of town, humble but with everything necessary and comfortable. There is a good coexistence with the people of the town and respect for the culture and customs of the country.
The value of the requested contribution to cover lodging and food expenses corresponds to $27 per day.
We have 3
rooms with fans:
- 6-bed room (bunk beds)

Order and cleanliness of the house
As we are usually 15 people in the house (mainly the summer months in Europe) and so that coexistence is more harmonious and orderly we do various daily tasks in which the volunteers support. You will find this organizational plan on the general information board weekly. In this way, we take care of the space, respect coexistence and create a moment to share and get to know each other better.
- All 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are provided from Monday to Thursday.
- On weekends, Thursdays and Fridays you can use the kitchen.
- Breakfast is self-service and is usually available: Bread, crackers, jams, butter, cereals, pancake toppings, eggs and fruit twice a week
- Lunch and dinner are provided only at the volunteer's home
- It is not possible to order take-away.
- Drinks are not included (water, sodas, others).
- The water in Panama is drinkable so for the moment you can drink tap water. If a volunteer wishes to buy bottled water, he/she can do so.
Bon accès sur le site du projet
Visa, billets d'avion, assurance voyage ne sont PAS inclus dans les frais de programme.
Le transfert de l'aéroport n'est pas inclus dans les frais non plus.
L'aéroport le plus proche est Tocumen International Airport (PTY) à Panama City. Nous t'aidons à trouver des vols pas chers pour aller en Panama.
Partir à l'étranger est une aventure et c'est toujours mieux d'être bien préparé. Que ce soit une maladie soudaine, une blessure ou du vol - une assurance voyage pour Panama te protège en cas de situation imprévue.
