Looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience that blends cultural immersion, meaningful volunteering, and Himalayan adventure? This Volunteer & Trek Annapurna program by Third Eye Foundation Nepal gives you the best of Nepal in just 4 weeks!

The journey begins in Kathmandu, where you’ll enjoy a warm welcome and guided cultural tours of ancient temples and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Then spend your first week participating in orientation sessions, basic Nepali lessons, meditation, and planning your volunteer work.

You can sign up for additional weeks.  You’ll live with a Nepali family and contribute to local schools, farming, and cultural exchange projects. Share your knowledge, play with kids, help with sustainable farming, and bond with villagers while learning about authentic Himalayan life.

After your volunteering work, travel to Pokhara and start your Annapurna Base Camp Trek—one of the most iconic trekking routes in Nepal. You'll pass through rhododendron forests, mountain villages, and majestic Himalayan landscapes with views of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Dhaulagiri.
