Our project ensures that the children can go to regular schools. In addition, we offer extra lessons to the children, which are established together with a local team.

Volunteers play an extremely important key role.  Without volunteers it is simply impossible for us to pursue our mission to give underprivileged children the chance of a brighter future. Throughout the year we need volunteers to provide additional lessons at our Learning Centers.

Volunteers play an extremely important key role.  Without volunteers it is simply impossible for us to pursue our mission to give underprivileged children the chance of a brighter future. Throughout the year we need volunteers to provide additional lessons at our Learning Centers.

We welcomes volunteers of all ages and backgrounds. Everyone has knowledge, skills experiences to share. .

Based on your knowledge and experience,  personal learning goals or thesis/internship we will look at the possibilities. Many have preceded you and have joyfully contributed to our mission and the future of the children.

Our project was founded in 2009. The Child sponsor program and Education program were implemented successfully.  

In 2014 they became “self sufficient”, which is the main goal of our project concept. The Learning Center pays operational and salary costs itself with the income it makes out from it’s own sources, such as renting the guest rooms to volunteers and visitors and providing a transport service.

Kinds are in local schools at the morning and your duties will start at the afternoon.

Seraya is a little fishermans village, located at the most eastern tip of Bali,  far away from the typical tourist path. A paradise of tranquility, overlooking the sea. Discover Bali by renting a bike during weekends.

Mindestalter: 18 Jahre

Um an diesem Programm teilzunehmen, musst du zu Programmbeginn mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Es kann Ausnahmen geben, wenn du die Erlaubnis deines/r Erziehungsberechtigten vorlegen kannst oder wenn du von deinen Eltern begleitet wirst

Du brauchst folgende Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch (Fortgeschritten)

Deine Hilfe wird an folgenden Tagen benötigt: Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag von 13:00 - 16:00

Unterkunft

The Learning Center offers accomodation.
The  7 comfortable guest rooms are located at the Learning Center itself ; two next to the house and five rooms with sea view, on the hill, next to the Learning Center.

You stay with a Balinese family and  enjoy daily live in the village. They serve home cooked breakfast and  lunch, diner is optional, There is a variety of dishes, including a vegetarian menu.

·        1 day introduction workshop;  2 nights stay incl, breakfast, coffee/tea, fruit jus and snacks; Free Wifi.

Cause we are a smaller agency we stay always in a good communication to our volunteers and to the communites. For us it is important to find the right programm for your stay abroad. History: 

Jamso Trainee startet in December 2012 helping in communities in Costa Rica. Costa Rica is since now the county with the most interns, volunteers and travelers. 

Since 2013 Jamso Trainee started working with partners in Ecuador, Peru, South Afrika.

2015 we begin working with our partner Bali and Thailand.

Visiting projects and getting more relationshsips with local charities is a goal of each year. Jamso Trainee don´t increase too fast, because for us it is very important to hold long contacts and stay in a good communication with volunteers and projects.
